This summer brings ModestMango’s craziest, zaniest, wackiest miniseries since This Glaswegian Life…

…ModestMangoHongKong’10!
I have no idea what to expect. But I’m hoping for this:

Or this.

And if you’re lucky, girls. You might get something like this.

Of course, if I’m really lucky (and I think I might be) I’ll find something completely different to all the above.
ModestMangoHongKong’10 hits screens 10th August 2010

Indeed, Thomas’ absolutely vile abuse of his Mango blogging privileges has brought me out of my film-making trance and forced me to post something just so that a frakking advertisement will no longer be the top story on the front page.*
Things that I’ve been doing in the past week include: editing video.
Things that I’ve been neglecting in the past week include: blogging, checking my RSS feeds, interacting with other humans, taking interest in the world, eating at regular times, sleeping at normal times, peeing and taking dumps.
Since coming back from Ayrshire (YES) I have regained what’s left of my life only to throw it away again in favour of Final Cut Express. I am now in fact ass deep in editing my first ever documentary – 26 minutes deep to be slightly more precise. Video editing currently defines my spare time. It will be the first thing I do when I get back from hospital and the last thing I do before i go to sleep. At four in the morning.
So anyway… I always try my best not to talk about myself on here. Fail. What I intend to do is to keep an infrequent production diary from now on right here on the Mango. Hopefully you’ll hear from me soon. For my sake mostly.
* I kid. Please support Thomas and sign up at DigiPromise.

I know Michael is a fan of Charlton at least. And when he tweeted this:
“Worst videogame bosses ever? Email yr suggestions to gameswipe at zeppotron dot com. Make what you will of that email address.”
I was excited. I’m not sure if people realise he used to be a games journalist way back when. Anyway, this blog post is awfully short, so I’m going to draw your attention to a few things: Screenwipe, Newswipe, and videoGaiden (the best videogames TV programme to have appeared on British television thus far; made in Glasgow nonetheless). Oh, and Twitter, which I’ve suddenly become interested in again.
