GP: How are things?
Patient: I think I’ve found a lump on my testicle… I’m a bit worried about it.
GP: Well, I guess let’s have a look then.
[Patient lowers his trousers and the GP begins to examine the testicles…]
GP: Don’t worry about that. It’s perfectly normal to get an erection during a testicular exam.
Patient: Err… I don’t have an erection.
GP: I know you don’t but I have a massive one.
